How long we take

We answer every message we get, and we read them every day. Write from the email address you gave when you paid, so we can match your message to the order without asking you for more.

If you have lost your report

Your report link lasts 30 days from the moment you paid. If the link has stopped working, or the email has gone, send us the order reference and the postcode at support@jagatitlimited.com and we will send a fresh link to the same email address. We do not send the report anywhere else, because that is the only address we know belongs to the buyer.

What we cannot answer

We can tell you what the Environment Agency records said about an address on the day the report was made, and where each finding came from. We cannot tell you what an insurer will charge you, we cannot get a property taken off a flood map, and we do not give insurance, legal or surveying advice. For that, speak to the Environment Agency, your insurer or a surveyor.

That is a registered office. It is the address the company is registered at for the record, and it is not a shop, an office counter or a place to call in. Nobody there can help with a report. Email is the way to reach us.
